The clock is ticking! Youth groups across the ten Administrative Regions have just two more days to register for the 4th Speaker’s Regional Youth Debating Competition (SRYDC 2026).

The deadline for registration is Wednesday, March 25, 2026, so don’t miss your chance to be part of this exciting event!

The tentative date of commencement for the 4th Speaker’s Regional Youth Debating Competition is Friday, April 10, 2026.
How to Register:
Participants are encouraged to register by clicking on the following link to download the Participant Registration Form: https://forms.gle/qJsTbA7y8ggKXXRh8

Submission Guidelines:

- Youth groups are required to submit forms for three substantive debaters and no more than three alternates, all between the ages of 14 and 35.
- Completed forms can be submitted to the Parliament Office or sent via email to koalla.robertson@parliament.gov.gy 
- Registration forms can also be uplifted from the Regional Offices and the Parliament Office.

This competition is a fantastic opportunity for young people to showcase their debating skills, engage in meaningful discourse, and connect with peers from across the region.
