Day Two of the Consideration of the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for the fiscal year 2022 saw the allocation of line items for various agencies approved.
The business, conducted at the 43rd Sitting of the National Assembly of the Twelfth Parliament, was held in the Dome of the Arthur Chung Conference Centre (ACCC), Liliendaal, Greater Georgetown, E.C.D.
The House moved that the Current and Capital Expenditure for the following agencies stand part of the Estimates.
- Ministry of Agriculture
- Ministry of Tourism Industry and Commerce
- Ministry of Natural Resources
- Ministry of Public Works
- Ministry of Labour
- Ministry of Human Services and Social Security
- Ministry of Housing & Water
- Ministry of Education
- Ministry of Culture Youth & Sports
At 11:48 p.m., the Hon. Brigadier (Ret’d) Mark A. Phillips, M.S.S., M.P., Prime Minister, moved the Motion for the adjournment of the Sitting.
Day three for the Consideration of the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for the fiscal year 2022 will continue tomorrow, February 9, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.
