Day three of the Consideration of the 2020 Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure saw the allocation for Programmes for various agencies approved.
The House moved that the Current and Capital Expenditure for the following agencies stand part of the Estimates.
- Ministry of Public Infrastructure
- Ministry of Public Works
- Ministry of Education
- Ministry of Culture Youth & Sports
- Ministry of Communities
- Ministry of Local Government:
- Region No. 1: Barima/Waini
- Region No. 2 Pomeroon/Supernaam
A Motion, by the Hon. Priya D. Manickchand, M.P., Minister of Education, was moved to amend the provision to extend the hours beyond 8.00 p.m. to complete the business of the day.
The Sitting was adjourned to Thursday, 24th September, 2020 at 10:00 A.M.
