Kast Talent Management Youth Group defeated the West Bank Young Achievers Youth Group in match one during the morning session of the Speaker’s National Youth Debating Competition 2022.
The combined scores for the judges were as follows: for the Proposition, Kast Talent Management Youth Group, 292.7 points, and 254.6 points for the Opposing side, West Bank Young Achievers Youth Group.
Their debate centered on the moot: “Environmental education is necessary in schools.”
The Best Debater for this matchup was Ms. Crystal Wills from the Kast Talent Management Youth Group.
Winners of today’s matchups will earn a place in the Semi-final of the Speakers National Youth Debating Competition.
