Six Youth Groups to compete for a spot in the second round for Region 2 as the Speaker’s Regional Youth Debating Competition 2023 continues

The stage is set for the six remaining Youth Groups in the first round for region 2 in the Speaker’s Regional Youth Debating Competition 2023.
In the morning session, the Team Daniels Youth Group will debate against the Sparta Youth Group at 9.30 a.m., and the Charity Police Youth Group will debate against the Queenstown Youth Group at 11 a.m.
In the afternoon session, the Anna Regina Youth Group will debate against the Guyana Kindness Movement Youth Group at 2 p.m.
The winners of these match-ups will join the Good Hope Police Youth Group in the second round of the competition for Region 2 to earn a spot in the Speaker’s National Youth Debating Competition 2023.
All the regional debates will be streamed live on the Parliament of Guyana web, Facebook, and YouTube pages.
