At the 2nd Sitting of the Twelfth Parliament, today, the Hon. Manzoor Nadir, MP, Speaker of the National Assembly, remotely presided over the Assembly from his home.
It was the very first time, in Guyana, that a Sitting of the National Assembly was presided over by the Speaker using a virtual platform.
Hon. Dr. Viswa Mahadeo also attended virtually.
