Petroleum Commission of Guyana Bill 2017 – Bill No. 4/2017.

INVITATION TO THE PUBLIC FOR WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS
The Petroleum Commission Of Guyana Bill 2017 – Bill No. 4/2017 has been committed to a Special Select Committee of the National Assembly.  This Bill seeks to provide for the establishment and functions of the Petroleum Commission of Guyana and for related matters.

The Committee has begun its work and wishes to receive from members of the public, individuals and organisations with an interest in the Petroleum Commission of Guyana their views on the Bill.

The Committee is, therefore, extending an invitation to members of the public and organisations to forward written submissions of their views on the Bill no later than 3.30 p.m., on Friday, 28th July, 2017. It is advisable that the submission addresses or speaks specifically to those segments of the Bill that are of interest to you or your organisation.
