Mr. Vickram Outar Bharrat was, today, sworn in as a Member of the National Assembly for the people's Progressive Party/Civic. Mr Bharrat's appointment follows the resignation of former Member of Parliament Mr. Charles Ramson. The Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon. Barton Scotland, O.R., C.C.H, M.P., welcomed the new member on behalf of the National Assembly and congratulated him on his appointment.
