Attention all youth groups! The 3rd Speaker’s Regional Youth Debating Competition is now open for registration.

Youth groups interested in participating are encouraged to register at their respective Regional Offices or obtain registration forms from the Parliament Office located at Public Buildings, Brickdam, Georgetown. Alternatively, you can download the Participant Registration Form online by clicking here. 

Participant Guidelines

Youth groups are to submit forms for three substantive debaters and no more than three alternates.

Participants must be between the ages of 14 and 35.

Submission Deadline

All completed registration forms must be submitted no later than Monday, February 10, 2025.

Forms can be submitted:

• Directly to the Parliament Office, Public Buildings, Brickdam, Georgetown.
• Via email to carlleta.charles@parliament.gov.gy.
